What was the highlight of Hotel Illot Suites
Lovely hotel
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Rooms were spacious. Swimming pool was lovely with a good atmosphere. Location was very central for shops, bars and restaurants and right in the middle of 2 beaches and the beautiful marina .
Air conditioning wasn't strong enough at all for the climate which ruined it a little otherwise the hotel would.be perfect and I would highly recommend Also there were no double beds , only single beds pushed together with no attachment which made sleeping very uncomfortable for a couple.

We really liked the staff at the hotel. They were very kind and friendly. That made our stay much better. Specially Miguel from the reception. Alberto, Vanessa, Juanma, MA Angeles, Jesus and the Arabian guy from the restaurant. and Daniel from Animation. They were so kind and service minded. We loved how they took care of us and fixed food for our baby. They were so polite all the time.
The pictures on the site looks better than in real life. There is no spa or gym, very bad. that’s was why I booked the hotel. Maybe they should remove the pictures of the gym and spa from the site.

Would 100% recommend staying here all round perfect hotel for when your on holiday
Breakfast lunch and dinner was all good for value as they were included in the all inclusive. Entertainment was so good, Dudu was an amazing entertainer and was soo lovely!!!
Nothing ! the the whole place was so nice and the people were all so lovely.

Great size but seriously over rated not 4 stars
we had 2 big comfortable rooms, the lounge had a nice space for relaxing leading to A good sized outside patio there was plenty of cupboard and hanging space.
The accommodation looks Nothing like the picture here! difficult to tell if it’s just seriously out of date or of their other property?? although included in the price, breakfast was very basic with processed catering ingredients, very disappointed by the lack of fresh food and juice, even the eggs fruit and tomatoes were all very basic quality. There was NO air conditioning in any communal space including the restaurant and the tiny lift. The grass area outside has probably looked wonderful at some point but seriously neglected, scruffy looking and dry and prickly to walk on. the room was a good size but very much in need of renovation in the bathroom, even just adjusting the flush system to stop the constant drip would help. Air conditioning in our room not cool enough for the heatwave. There are no SPAR facilities but this is mentioned prior to booking. There is not a beach within 800m as advertised? there is a small area used for diving but the actual beaches are much further away The cleaners lost one of my daughters earrings and didn’t even apologise ! showed no concern. This was a shame because the cleaning was otherwise very good.
